- Updating process scope for RPA/bots
- Writing/updating various documentation materials
- Communication with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- General knowledge of web applications and software inner workings
- Ability to follow a defined process
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and Attlassian/Azure DevOps is a plus

I am a Business Analyst part of the global scoping team. Some of my responsibilities while working for one of our largest clients in the EU is feature scoping, feature documentation, project management and assisting team members where possible. I have really enjoyed working with the smart station team as they are a really great group of people and team members you can rely on. I enjoy my role as a Business Analyst because you get to make people’s lives easier by solving problems using software that make them difficult.
