Role Summary:

As a Shopify Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and advancing our eCommerce platform. You will work on developing a central company store and creating exclusive websites for up to three different brands, emphasizing headless commerce for flexibility. Your role involves ensuring seamless integration with an underlying ERP systems, either directly or through integration services like Celigo (Integrator.io). Your work will significantly impact our brand’s presence and sales performance, requiring continuous innovation and adherence to the latest UI/UX trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Development: Utilize Shopify’s extensive features and capabilities to develop, maintain, and enhance our eCommerce platform, including building a central store and exclusive brand websites.
• Headless Commerce Implementation: Leverage Shopify’s headless commerce capabilities to separate the frontend from the backend, enabling greater flexibility and innovation in creating customer experiences.
• Oracle ERP Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Shopify with our Oracle ERP system for inventory, orders, and customer data management, using direct integration or integration platforms such as Celigo.
• UI/UX Optimization: Continuously improve the site’s user interface and user experience, keeping up with the latest trends and best practices to ensure an engaging customer journey.
• Continuous Evolution: Adopt an agile development process to iteratively enhance the platform, incorporating feedback and new technologies to meet business goals and customer needs.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product management, to align development efforts with business objectives and customer insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce projects.
• Deep understanding of Shopify’s architecture, including headless commerce solutions and the Shopify API.
• Experience with Oracle ERP integration and familiarity with integration platforms like Celigo.
• Proficient in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with Liquid, Shopify’s templating language.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and the ability to implement high-quality interfaces.
• Agile development mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
